- providing practical organic gardening advice free to Friends
- maintaining our gardens and polytunnels as a practical demonstration to visitors
- conducting tours for schools, community groups, and professional growers
- offering a programme of workshops, short courses and special open days
- running a full-time FETAC accredited Organic Horticulture training programme
- providing customized training and consultancy advice in planning and establishing organic vegetable, and fruit gardens.
- teaching local people to grow and cook their own organic food through our Community Food Project
- promoting good community relations through our cross-border Schools Programme and Peace & Environment Project
